What can be returned?

Currently, we only accept returns for damaged Products.

What is required for a return?

To process your return, the following is mandatory:

  • Clear Unboxing Video: A video of you opening the package and inspecting the dress for any damage. This video is important to verify your Refund or Return.
  • Contact: Please call us at 8015566009 to initiate the return or Refund process. Our representatives will guide you through the next steps.

Time Frame for Returns:

Thank you for shopping with VK Textile! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or replacement.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for innerwear items (such as bras and panties) due to hygiene reasons.

  • To start your return, kindly share your order details, pictures of the damaged product, and invoice copy with our support team.

  • Once verified, we will guide you through the return or refund process.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or ironing of the dress.
  • To return or refund your Product, it must be damaged as allowed by our policy and the unboxing video should clearly show its condition.
  • No cancellation once the order has been placed.
